We are committed to achieving our Safety Aims and targeting a 'zero -harm' culture by driving 'below zero'.
We are thrilled to announce our groundbreaking safety initiative 'Below Zero' for the construction market. At the heart of our program lies an unwavering commitment to creating the safest work environments for construction professionals. With safety as our top priority, we are introducing a comprehensive set of measures and protocols to ensure the well-being of our workforce and the communities we serve. Our initiative encompasses extensive industry standard safety training for all employees, equipping them with the latest knowledge and tools to navigate potential hazards effectively. Furthermore, we are implementing cutting-edge technology and innovative practices to proactively identify risks and prevent accidents before they occur. Through collaboration with industry experts and stakeholders, we aim to establish new benchmarks for safety standards in the construction market, setting an example for others to follow. Together, we can build a safer and more secure future for everyone involved in construction.

Why?
Looking after each other and our community is one of DHMS’s key values – it’s a fundamental part of the way we work. We passionately believe that awareness will prevent accidents. It’ll give people confidence to address issues they see that aren’t right.
We believe that safety awareness training helps to ensure everyone in the workforce stays focused, and feels empowered to address any unwanted behaviours or unsafe conditions they may encounter. We’re working collaboratively with our clients to make sure everyone knows they will be supported by project and DHMS's management if they raise issues. This helps to reduce the chances of injury or harm, and ensures we keep everyone safe. We believe that behavioural safety training is why our accidents have gone down year on year.
