WOW.......this week was DHMS Civil's two year anniversary!!!!!! From the word 'Go', our strategic plan was to build a business that not only we were proud of, but also people were proud to work for. Leadership comes in many forms, however our chosen pathway is to demonstrate what we do by our actions and lead from the front. If you don't have the right people and those people aren't content at work then the whole thing becomes very difficult. There's a long way to go to achieve that and we will constantly evolve and improve, however, affording your workforce an environment to challenge and have a voice is essential. I think we're getting there. As myself and the team delivered the presentation this morning It allowed me to reflect on what we had achieved to date. I'm immensely proud of our delivery performance and quality of work achieved so far. We are fast creating a positive name for ourselves and although we specialise in Foul and Water solutions sector, we are looking to develop further into the civil engineering sectors of EHV Energy, Engineering and Groundworks, Environmental Association works and Residential and Utilities Building solutions. I couldn't be prouder of our team and the business we are building. A particularly massive thank you goes out to our Site Teams who work so hard and share the DHMS Civils Values that we live by each day. Today we took the opportunity to launch our new Below Zero' Safety initiative across our business, We take safety seriously and our initiative ensures all our workers undertake their setting to work procedures diligently, ensuring our works are aligned with the high standards we set.
I'm excited for the future of DHMS Civils Ltd and the plans we have to for growth across our 5 sectors. We accept there is still much work to do and embrace those challenges with a strategy focussed approach. I'm delighted to have John N, Brett Wilkes and David Hymas to help us realise the vision we have for DHMS Civils LTD going forward.
