CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY 

At DHMS Civil's, we understand that our construction activities have a significant impact on the local community, economy, and environment. Therefore, we acknowledge our responsibility to show care, support, and protection for the areas in which we operate.

We firmly believe in contributing to the well-being of the communities where we work. We embrace legislation such as the Social Value Act of 2012 and strive to enhance the economic, social, and environmental conditions not only in the areas we operate but also in our hometowns. It is part of our core values to collaborate with the community, allowing them to contribute to the future development of their neighbourhoods.

In pursuit of these goals, we adopt a proactive approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) across six key areas:

  1. Community Engagement: We actively engage with and support the local community.

  2. Health and Safety: We prioritise the well-being and safety of our employees and stakeholders.

  3. Environment and Sustainability: We are committed to minimising our environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices.

  5. Our Clients: We prioritise building strong relationships with our clients and meeting their needs.

  6. Our Supply-Chain Partners: We work closely with our supply-chain partners to ensure ethical practices and shared sustainability goals.

 

By focusing on these areas, we aim to fulfil our corporate social responsibilities and make a positive difference in the regions where we operate.
